AMOS

AMOS is a North Macedonian animal welfare association dedicated to rescuing and rehoming stray animals. Unlike many other organizations in the country, AMOS focuses intensely on getting animals off the streets and into safe, permanent homes. Founded in March 2020, AMOS has steadily grown its community, currently boasting 76 members, with 62 actively supporting the organization through paid memberships. This dedicated support has generated an estimated $541 in revenue, demonstrating significant community engagement and impact in a relatively short period. AMOS's commitment to finding suitable homes for each animal sets it apart, emphasizing long-term solutions to animal homelessness in North Macedonia. Their efforts highlight a crucial need within the country and represent a significant contribution to animal welfare.
