You will feel good about having made a small contribution towards making words happen and preventing me from starving... oh, and a bunch of other stuff, I guess. They say that 90% of success is just showing up, and in that spirit, this is the participation trophy! Anything that happens here on Patreon, you get to participate in; polls, previews and whatever else comes up, when they come up. If there are ever enough people for a Discord, then you'd get access to that, too!
If a patron subscribes in a forest and no one knows, are they really subscribed? Yes, yes they are, and it's very appreciated by the people that matter (Ie. Me). Still, subscribing at this level or above lets everyone know that you're contributing to making the words happen by earning you a mention in the author's notes for chapters released while you're subscribed.
Want to really feel like you're making a difference? Is having your name in lights not enough? Do you crave attention? This is the tier for you. Not only will you get your name in the author's notes of chapters, but it'll come first and can link to anything you want, within reason. That said, people will probably think you're weird if your name links to a meme or something. I'm not saying you should use this to rickroll my readers, but $10 is $10.
What more could you want? No, seriously, I'm taking suggestions. With bills attached. Bribes. I'm talking about bribes. I'm not making any promises, but I tend to recognize people at this tier, you know? So if I see your name on a poll or a comment, well, no one can blame me if I give that a little more weight, right? Seriously, though, at this tier, it's less a transaction and more about helping me out, and believe me, it helps out a lot. You still get to be above everyone else in the credits, though.
