Weelam Wildlife Shelter, founded in 2019, is dedicated to providing the best possible care for sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife on the Mornington Peninsula. They're a vital resource for the local wildlife community, offering a safe haven and expert care. The shelter's founder, a passionate wildlife foster carer, recognized the need for additional resources in the region, leading to the establishment of this vital organization. With 13 paid members supporting their efforts, Weelam Wildlife Shelter continues to make a positive impact on the lives of countless animals.
