Badiucao is a Chinese-Australian artist, cartoonist, and activist whose work courageously tackles censorship and human rights violations in China. Operating under the constant threat of the Chinese government, Badiucao's art has garnered international attention for its potent commentary on political repression and social injustice. Despite facing censorship within Australia itself due to the ongoing pressure from the Chinese government, Badiucao's Patreon community provides vital support for his creative endeavors. With over 130 patrons, including 52 paid members, Badiucao has built a dedicated following since launching his Patreon in March 2020. His estimated earnings range from $159 to $5300, demonstrating the fluctuating nature of support for his impactful yet precarious work.
